From Zhu Di's Tomb, you can see several of the Tombs of the other emperors in the Dynasty.  Notice that they are all built at the base of one of the mountains.

The three mountains that protect the tombs from the North.  The center mountain is known as the Mountain of Heavenly Longevity.  The mountain to the left, which is what you are seeing in this picture, is Dragon mountain and has two tombs visible at its base.  On the right is Tiger mountain.
